NEW SUSTAINABLE PRODUCT LINE
Echoing our powerful mission, the COLDPRUF ECO product line offers products made from used PET bottles for use and reuse, time and time again. Not just a mission, a commitment to be environmentally conscious.

COLDPRUF ECO utilizes polyester staple fiber produced by the recycling of used waste PET bottles. These used PET bottles are recycled and reproduced into performance polyester staple fibers. Whether produced into COLDPRUF ECO fabric in 100% form or blended with Merino Wool, these performance polyester fabrics deliver the comfort, performance and durability that only COLDPRUF ECO can provide.

  • Microban antimicrobial protection helps prevent the growth of odor causing bacteria.
  • Microbes such as odor causing bacteria can double in number every 20 minutes on unprotected fabric.
  • Microban antimicrobial technology is applied to the fabric during manufacturing to keep the fabric cleaner and fresher for longer.

Microban technology keeps garments cleaner and fresher between cleanings. On an unprotected product, microbes can double in number every 20 minutes. Microban antimicrobial technologies can be applied to a broad range of products to resist microbial growth between cleanings.

Our packaging materials are made from Biome Bioplastics resin which are ASTM D6400 certified as compostable.

GREEN PROGRAM

“It began with an Attitude and a Concern.
 It continues today and tomorrow...”
The Attitude is that each individual and each company must assume responsibility for preserving and protecting Planet Earth.
Each person can make a difference.
Each company must make a difference. The Concern is that the resources of Planet Earth will be depleted over time. We must act now to sustain and preserve these resources. By example let us extend this Attitude and Concern to everyone we know.
To everyone we meet.

Think Globally…Act Locally…

At Indera we are concerned about the environmental issues that plague our world today. Therefore, we make every effort to do our part in protecting the environment. Listed below are the areas we pursue to assure that Indera is a GREEN Company and getting GREENER everyday.
 Sustainability is our goal!

RECYCLING
Yarn used in the production of fabric is received on plastic pallets, all of which are returned to the yarn suppliers. All cardboard, pallets, paper, and plastic tubes are collected and periodically sent to a recycle facility. Fabric scraps, including knitting waste, cutters waste, and spreading cut-outs are graded, sorted and sent to a fiber recycle company, Bowers Fibers.

ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES
We continuously evaluate all our manufacturing processes and make the necessary improvements to protect the environment. Renewable energy is our goal.
We have reduced our natural gas consumption to reduce Global Warming. We are in the process of installing energy efficient light fixtures in all warehouses. Set-back systems are installed on all office heating and cooling systems. After office hours, the temperature automatically adjusts to conserve energy. All lights in all departments are off to reduce energy consumption when our plants are not operating.

HELPING THE ENVIRONMENT
THROUGH COMMUNITY SERVICE
We participate in community programs such as the Adopt-a-Highway program. This helps the environment and keeps us active in the community.
We educate our associates on the importance of recycling so they can be good stewards at home as well. These are only a few ways we contribute to protecting the environment. We will continue to do our part to protect the environment and be a good neighbor in our plant communities.
