OUR VISION

COLDPRUF® Base Layer is a natural extension for Indera Mills Company. 
We have been making circular knit products and thermal underwear products since 1914.  Indera Mills is a 96 year old family owned company and we are still owned and operated by the fourth generation of the founder, Frances Henry Fries.  Our family has been in the textile industry since 1836 and we were instrumental in establishing the apparel industry in North Carolina.

The COLDPRUF® Base Layer product is manufactured in our own facilities in North Carolina and sewn and packaged in our plants in Mexico.  Our new CPT fibers offer the optimal wicking, evaporation and order control to keep you warm, dry and odor free.

Our vision for the future is to continue to listen to you our customer, to meet and exceed your expectations and to develop innovative products while delivering exceptional quality and value.  These attributes are integral in making Indera Mills Company one of the largest producers of thermal underwear in the United States.
